How do I cancel my order?

You can send a mail with the order ID to contact@styylefairy.com within 6 hours after the order placement. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

There may be chances that the product runs out of stock after you make the payment. In such cases, we provide easy cash refunds.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

Our products are couture and unique.  Hence replacement products are not available. Products once sold and shipped will not be replaced or refunded.For any fit problems for apparels, we offer alteration service. Pattern modifications such as addition of sleeves or reducing lengths etc. need to be specified at the time of placing the order.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days and the money transferred via NEFT.

Though we make our best efforts to display the images of products in the most accurate way possible on the website, there is no guarantee regarding the colour. There may be a 3-5 percent variation in colour of the original product due to digital photography.

You must keep the following points while you buy an item online:

1. Colours have a tendency to override . All colours except white may have a tendancy to override in the computer/mobile screen. (For eg: The black has a tendency to appear as navy blue/grape wine shades. Sky blue has a tendency to appear as aqua blue. Violet/purple sometimes shows the characteristics of navy blue. Maroon has a tendency to show the lighter shades of dark magenta etc.)

2. Flash light may be used to take the product images. There may be chances to vary the colour up to 5%.

3. Currently no technique is available to test the accuracy of the product colour from an image.
